1. Acceptance of Terms

By using AI Todo (“the Service”), you agree to theseInc. (“we”, “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Todo is a task management application that integrates with AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and other MCP-compatible platforms) to let you manage tasks through natural conversation. The Service allows you to create, view, update, and delete tasks.

3. Account & Authentication

You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. You must not share your authentication tokens with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Use the Service to store illegal or harmful content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools to abuse the Service beyond normal usage patterns

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all task data you create. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep AI Todo available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties ofInc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access through your Google account or AI platform settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
